AutoBroker Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and AutoBroker (“we”, “our”, “the Platform”). These Terms govern your access to and use of www.autobroker.cy, our mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the “Services”).
AutoBroker is an independent digital automotive marketplace. We facilitate connections between buyers and sellers (B2B, B2C, and C2C). AutoBroker is not a car dealership, agent, or middleman. We do not own, inspect, buy, or sell vehicles, nor do we participate in the actual contract of sale between users.

3. Our Services to You
The Platform acts as a venue for vehicle listings and automotive service promotion in Cyprus.
Independence: We do not generate commissions from vehicle sales.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted listings, the mechanical condition of vehicles, or the identity of users.
Transactions: Any transaction is strictly between the buyer and the seller. You use the Platform at your own risk.
4. Account Registration & Digital Garage
To access specific features, including the Digital Garage, you must register an account.
Accuracy: You agree to provide truthful and current information.
Digital Garage Responsibility: This feature allows you to store service history and documents. AutoBroker provides the storage infrastructure but does not verify the authenticity of uploaded documents. You are solely responsible for the integrity of your Digital Garage records.
Security: You are responsible for all activity under your credentials. Notify legal@autobroker.cy immediately of any unauthorized access.
5. Listings and Requirements
Ownership: To list a vehicle, you must have the legal right to transfer ownership.
B2B/Professional Use: Dealerships using the platform must comply with Cyprus consumer protection laws regarding warranties and disclosures.
Content: Listings must include accurate specifications and non-misleading photos. AutoBroker reserves the right to remove any listing that appears fraudulent or violates our quality standards.
6. Online Payments (Stripe)
Third-Party Processing: We use Stripe for all financial transactions related to Premium Packages and advertisements.
Data Handling: AutoBroker does not store or process your credit card numbers. All payment data is handled by Stripe under their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Fees: Paid services (Premium Ads) are non-refundable unless otherwise required by Cyprus law. Prices are subject to change with notice.
7. Advertisements and Third Parties
The Platform may display advertisements from third-party companies and use Google Analytics to monitor performance. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the privacy practices of external websites linked from AutoBroker.
8. User Content & IP Rights
By posting content (photos, text, reviews), you grant AutoBroker a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. You represent that you own the rights to all content you upload.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:
You breach these Terms.
You engage in fraudulent or misleading behavior.
You use automated tools (crawlers/scrapers) to extract data from the Platform.
10. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability
You agree to indemnify AutoBroker against any claims arising from your listings or your breach of these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by Cyprus law, AutoBroker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
